My work in
Sweden
Since 2001 I have been working for the biggest importer of
American car parts in Sweden, a company founded in 1966 By
Carl Hansen, and now run by his son and grandchildren. It
employs around 50 personnel and exports to the whole of
Scandinavia.

My job is in the exhaust department where we manufacture mild
and stainless steel exhaust systems to American patterns, and
also supply all related parts:- catalytic converters, hangers,
gaskets etc etc.

I am now second in command in our department, which means I
have to answer the phones, (not so easy with my bad Swedish
!)among many other duties including looking after the
warehouse, serving customers, bending pipes, and fitting
systems on the cars.

They are a great company to work for
(the bosses could be reading this!!)
and since I have been there I have been on many boat party's,
normal party's,3 trips abroad and paid for my latest PC (tax free)
with last years sales bonus.





The best thing about the work is the guys though, they are a
really nice bunch of people there and there is always some fun
to be had every day.
